Gunnar Christensen – Principal
Gunnar is a highly accomplished professional and expert in the conference, hotel, and travel industry. He started Axis Meetings with the idea that meetings and events are an experience, not just a group gathering with hotels, meeting rooms and banquet food.
Gunnar’s career started in the hotel industry in sales and marketing. Following his hotel success, he was a Meeting Operations Manager before joining the original team of iMedia Communications. He was their Director of Conferences then soon became General Manager. He was one of the driving forces that made iMedia the industry leader in producing marketing conferences in the digital space.
Since 2013, Gunnar has been working and putting his imprint on projects and conferences for the following companies:
